At working Hands Farm we shoot for full transparency. We want people to see and to understand the true cost of food, without government subsidies, without growth hormones and pesticides. We want fledgling farmers, like ourselves, to understand what choosing the path of the farmer means. We also want the clientele we serve to understand why we charge what we charge.
